Review changes before they go live
Request an update or prepare one through the assistant on an eligible plan. Review the private preview and approve it for publication.
The change process
Updates run through the site's publishing checks before review. The preview lets you inspect the updated page, and the request, approval and publication are recorded.
- The preview shows the updated page on any device.
- Approval is yours. Nothing publishes without it.
Change record
Every change carries its own record: the request, the difference it made, the person who approved it, and the time it went live. A year later it is possible to say why a page says what it says, which matters most on the pages a regulator would read.
- The trail covers legal and pricing pages as well as marketing ones.
- An earlier change can be reviewed and reversed through a new version, with later edits considered before publication.
Permissions per person
On plans that include it, each person on your team gets their own access, scoped to what they actually do. Somebody who writes case studies cannot change the disclosures, and nobody shares a login.
Records you receive
- An approval trail per change, kept and searchable.
- A monthly summary of what was published and by whom.
