Which plan is right for us?
Core suits a site with one person in charge who is happy to send us changes. We make each update and bill it at our hourly rate.
Pro suits a team that updates the site often. Up to ten people ask an AI assistant for a change, preview it, and publish it themselves, with nothing extra to pay. If you would send us more than two hours of changes a month, Pro costs less than Core.
Business suits an organization that needs commitments in writing: 99.9% uptime with service credits, an uptime record you can check any time, and a separately signed data processing agreement when your procurement team asks for one. It also covers additional websites at $150 a month each, up to twenty under one agreement. That price applies to a site that shares the first site's templates, integrations and consent setup.
Do you process data for us on every plan?
Yes. The platform handles form submissions, consent records and privacy requests on your behalf, so every agreement includes data processing terms. On Business, we also sign a separate data processing agreement on request.
What can we take with us if we leave?
Your content remains yours, and your domain stays registered to you. If you leave, we provide your content in a usable format and help direct the domain to your chosen service. Your agreement describes the export process and the rights that apply to site code and shared platform components.
What does the accessibility work cover?
Automated checks run before publication, including checks for missing image alternatives and declared color combinations. Each site also receives a manual accessibility review every quarter. Problems in our components or templates are fixed at no charge.
Some things sit outside that work: the wording of your alt text and captions, PDFs and other documents you upload, and tools from other vendors embedded in your pages, such as booking widgets or video players. We can fix those for you at our hourly rates. We don't use accessibility overlays, and we don't certify that a site meets a particular WCAG level.
Who handles privacy requests?
Your privacy policy includes a form for visitors to ask what you hold about them, or to have it deleted. Each request appears in your console with its response deadline. You decide how to respond and confirm who is asking. We then find, export or delete what the platform holds for that person and keep a record of it. Copies in your CRM or inbox are yours to handle.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a twelve-month agreement billed monthly. Moving your current site onto Steadwatch is included. We agree the scope with you first, and anything outside it is quoted before we start.
Can you redesign our site?
Yes. We usually arrange a redesign through a designer you already work with, or one we recommend, and then run the finished site on Steadwatch. Design work is quoted separately before it starts.
What happens if we need more than the plan covers?
We tell you before doing the work, with a figure. Nothing is added to an invoice that you have not agreed to first.
Can we move up or down a plan?
Yes. We update your agreement, and the new plan applies from the next billing period.
